Why Posterus Consulting?

The recruitment services industry was born out of the realisation that the biggest barrier to successful business and competition was attracting and retaining the best staff, solving high-level business problems for clients in the form of people resource.

Over time, many recruitment firms started trading and the idea of solving clients’ problems was lost; instead the focus turned to simply finding vacancies, throwing CVs and crossing fingers, losing the value of service delivery and problem solving. A boiler room environment was created and it is unsurprising that the majority of ‘consultants’ are measured on ‘number of calls’, ‘new jobs per week’ and ‘number of CVs sent’.

Posterus was formed with the idea of being the antithesis of these such recruitment firms. We are returning, instead, to focus on delivering quality service and value to clients, where our consultants are not measured on basic KPIs but customer satisfaction and service delivery. This ideology is transferred to our virtues and principles; transparency, honesty, ethics, morality and reliability whilst ensuring we deliver value by offering dedication, creativity and delivery-focussed expertise.
